Mathsson Bent Plywood Chair — Leg Replication

Replication of a delaminating bent plywood leg for a Mathsson chair using a custom caul (mold) to glue up and fabricate a new bent plywood leg matching the original profile. The chair was then fully restored with the replicated leg integrated seamlessly.
